My Returns
You can view your returns via your account screen by selecting your name in the top-right of the screen.
You can now choose the My Returns button to view all your orders in the system.
You can open any of your prior returns to view their status.
Start a Return
To start a return, you should view the order you want to return from via your account screen by selecting your name in the top-right of the screen.
You can now choose the My Orders button to view all your orders in the system.
Select the order from which you wish to return items.
Click the "Return Items from this Order" to begin.
Against the item you wish to return click the return icon at the begining.
On the popup window, please specify the quantity you are returning and the reason for the return.
Click "Add to Return" to include this product as part of your Return order.
Once you have added all the items you are returning, click on the "Complete Return Request" button to finish.
An email will be sent to the returns department to inform them of your return request, you will also receive a copy of this email.
A pop-up will appear with a print-out of the return and the label for sending it back, please print this and follow the instructions provided.
You can re-print and track the status of your Returns from the "My Returns" area under your account.
